By using this website or applying for funding from Breeze Legal Funding LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

Funding is available only to plaintiffs in pending legal claims represented by counsel and to law firms in good standing in their licensing jurisdictions. Funding availability and pricing vary by state.

3. Application is not approval

Submitting an application creates no obligation by either party. Funding offers, when extended, are conditional on signed funding agreement and attorney acknowledgment.

4. Non-recourse advances

All consumer-facing pre-settlement advances are non-recourse: repayment is owed only from case proceeds. If your case results in no recovery, you owe nothing. The exact terms of any specific advance are governed by the executed funding agreement.

5. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You may not use it to harm Breeze, our customers, or third parties; transmit malware; or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual property

The Breeze name, logo, copy, and visual design on this site are the property of Breeze Legal Funding LLC. Articles in the Insights section may be quoted with attribution.
